Perfect Attendance Awards: PCMS rewards team members quarterly for perfect attendance. This is a new benefit added 2014.
Service Awards: PCMS recognizes our team members that have reached 5, 10 and 15 year milestones with our company by presenting them with a special award which includes a “gift of their choice” valued at $150.
Annual Company Party: PCMS celebrates the year’s victories and takes the opportunity each year to gather our team together for fun and fellowship. We have had Summer Fun days and Christmas Parties. We take this time to visit, meet families, eat good food, have fun activities, give away prizes, and thank our team for a job well done.
